So you are thinking of starting a work from home opportunity, but how do you go about finding the right one.

One of the best ways of looking for a legitimate work from home opportunity is by searching the internet for opportunities available and making a list of the ones that you feel will be most suited your abilities and time you have available.

Now you have a short list of companies that you are interested in the next stage is to carryout further in depth searches into the companies you have listed to see if they are legitimate or not. One of the easiest ways of doing this is by typing the word “SCAM” either before or after the company’s name when putting it into any web search engine. If upon checking any of the companies you are interested in have any listings this means that they are not clean and therefore should not be considered as a suitable source for a work from home opportunity. Those that you find have not listings can then further be checked at BBB. If they are not listed on this site then these should also be considered as a unsuitable company for you to look at working for. Finally, if any of the companies that you contact request monies from you prior to you starting work form them, you should immediately sever all contact with them.

Also other companies that you should look at as not being suitable or legitimate as a work from home opportunity are the companies who are looking for people to carrying out the following:-

1. Stuffing Envelopes

2. Home Typist

Another opportunity which should be avoided at all costs when looking for a work from home opportunity is that of the pyramid scheme. Such schemes as these are now illegal and are banned from the internet.
