5 Reasons You Need To Work From Home

I have listed below 5 reasons you need to work from home, but I am sure there are many more I could have listed. I have been doing work on my computer from home for the last 3 years and I love my job.
Tax Advantages
Let’s start with the tax advantages of having a business at home. I am not an accountant so I can only go so far with this, but I am sure if you would talk with an accountant or lawyer they would tell you one of the best things you can do financially is have a home business. I have done research on home business taxes, but what was correct last year may have changed this year so what I say concerning taxes is just hypothetical, but what if you could deduct from your taxes part of your real estate tax, mortgage interest, utilities, expenses, and part of the depreciation on your house, car and computer. What if it was possible to deduct a certain amount from your taxes for using part of your house as a office or for storage for your business supplies. what if you could get 15% depreciation a year on a $20,000 car, minus salvage cost, talk your accountant, because I doubt you can get these kind of savings working for someone else.
Child Care Cost
Ok this is a big reason to work from home. We don’t all have small children, but for those of you that do can you imagine the savings if you could stay home with the kids, I am sure it is different in each location, but would $180.00 a week for one child sound about right, what if you have two small children, $360.00 a week. How can you make ends meet with expenses like that. If we add the savings in taxes and the savings in child care, you have got to be saying to yourself, I need to work from home.
Cost Of Commuting To And From Work
I bet you heard, the cost of gas went up, so you have to fill the tank up about twice as much as you did before, but did you know the cost of oil went up, the cost of tires went up, the cost to have your car repaired went up. If you worked at home all those cost would go!

nd you will be able to drive that car for many extra years, which is a big savings for you. Well it looks like we have found some more savings to add to the tax savings and the child care savings.
Live Longer
Not only am I not an accountant, I am not a doctor either, but I have done some more research and some people claim that stress takes years off your life, now I don’t know if it is true or not, but if it does how much would that be worth to you. What if you could get out of that stressful job and add just two years to your life. What if you could make $20,000 a year with those two extra years, nope, not a math teacher either, but wouldn’t that be $40,000? I didn’t think I was going to have to add any more, but it looks like we will have to add some more money to our savings from car expenses, child care and taxes.
Time Off
Have you ever had your TV go out or your washer or dryer break down, what do you do…Call the repair man, right. Things like that happen all the time, and you need to be there when the repair man comes. Well that’s ok if you get paid when you take a day off, but many people lose that day of pay, if the boss will even let them off. Guy’s I’m getting depressed just thinking about all this stuff, there must be a better way. I am sure there is a little savings in here some where, but let’s forget about saving any money this time and think about saving you from the daily 9 to 5.
I really do think there is a better way, but in all honesty you don’t need to leave your job and start a business, but I do feel you need to think about having a home business sometime in the future. You don’t just jump into something like that, but maybe you could start saving a little for the future and then maybe start learning a little about it at night and then possibly start small maybe doing a little work on the computer a couple of hours at night after you get off work. If a little money starts coming you might want to work at it a few more hours and if things work out you!

able to work at it full time. One thing is for sure, you may be making money with the job you have, but you are losing a lot of money also.
