Today when you search the internet for the perfect home based business available online, you will properly find a dozen of them. Each program claims that they have the best product, the best business education and the best compensation plan and It seems like most of the companies are bragging about themselves.

Right now I’m going to specifically talk about choosing the right program with the best compensation payout that you can look out for when selecting which online home based business program to join.

First, lets understand the 3 major type of payouts there are available online. They are one time payout, leverage payout and super leverage payout.

One Time Payout

Or some others call it the pay-per-sale. This type of payout is very common online, very much similar with the traditional way of doing business. Every time you make a sale, your company will pay you a cut of commission ranging from 25% to as high as 70%. In short, you are only paid once and thats it.

Leverage Payout

This form of payout is slightly more powerful than one time payout system. I have seen some home based internet business using this form of payout and it allows you to earn commission from the affiliates that join under you. Some company allows payout only up to the first level of your affiliates and some others maybe to the third level. To me, Its not the best form of compensation plan.

Super Leverage Payout

Last but not least, which is also my favorite form of payout is the super leverage payout. This type of payout allows you to earn unlimited depths of commission from the people that your refer in.

What do I mean by that?

For example, when someone join under you to promote the company’s product you will get pay. Not only that, you also get pay for each new person your members refer in and it goes on with no limited depths. Imagine two person that joins under you sold 10 products and you get pay. The number just goes on. That’s what I call leverage!

If you are seriously looking to start an online home based business program, do look for one that will allow you to leverage the full potential of your referrals and I know super leverage payout allows you to do so. Don’t be surprise when you get pay even if you did not sell anything for that month.
